LLC “Conveyor Technologies” was founded in 2013 in the Republic of Khakassia. In 2016-2017. the second production platfrom OOO Conveyer Technologies was opened in the city of Chelyabinsk.

 

LLC “Conveyor Technologies” specializes in the production and supply of equipment for the mining and metallurgical industries.

 

LLC “Conveyor Technologies” produces development of  mechanisms with varying degrees of complexity, followed by its manufacture. It has production facilities that allow to produce complex processing of products from procurement and assembly- welding works to their thermal and mechanical treatment.

 

Special machines are used for the production of conveyor rollers, which ensures the execution of each stage of the technological process in one operation.

 

Conveyor rollers are produced serially, with a diameter from 76 to 219 mm of any required length, both smooth and rubberized for various purposes. The rollers have a reliable design with an autonomous internal volume, independent of environmental conditions and the place of use.

 

An original bearing housing is used during production , made of steel sheet by the multi-pass deep drawing method, which has a significantly lower weight compared to a cast housing, which reduces the moment of resistance to rotation when starting the conveyor. This reduces the energy consumption of the process and has a beneficial effect on the resource of the conveyor belt as a whole.

 

The production capacity is 20,000 rollers per month, at each production platform. Thereby, the total volume of conveyor rollers manufactured by LLC “Conveyor Technologies” is up to 40,000 pieces per month.

 

Roller supports of any type (grooved, flat, lower and upper, deflector, centering) are manufactured in the metal structure workshop. The length of the manufactured products is from 300 to 2000 mm, the angles of inclination of the side rollers are 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 and 60 degrees, at the request of the customer.

 

Each batch is packed in the wooden boxes or on pallets, accompanied by a quality certificate describing general information, main technical characteristics and other data.
